Twin room I stayed at was tastefully decorated and well-equipped with standard sized windows. The breakfast with both North American options and noodle soup, for instance was great value and fresh, had so much to choose from.

Would stay here again when in Hanoi. Ideal place all in all, has exceptionally attentive staff on my my request to start with. The units are compact, tidy.

I had 2 nights in Hanoi, spending the time here lovely. The staff was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable. The hotel had a central setting in between everything you need to see in Hanoi. And it's relatively near New Day Restaurant, ate there once or twice.

Pleasant place, new-fashioned room, knowledgeable staff. Units with a large balcony. Good setting and eateries and restaurants near the hotel. Walking distance to a night market and a market across the street. Really enjoyable stay, as always.

Came here for trip, had nice 6 days overall. The breakfast with both Vietnamese options, a la carte dishes plus banana pancakes was good value for money. The location was excellent and fantastic, relatively near a late 19th-century Gothic Revival church. You could walk to a night market and a market.

Location: the hotel was very close to all main attractions like the market that's on Friday through Saturday night, many sights, and the shopping place. The double room was tastefully decorated with view of fire escape, the bed was very big...

Location just next door to the Cathedral, all of the surrounding restaurants and the centre of the old town.

Great value for money and freshly prepared breakfast with several options of local food, with good food. Large bed in the double room, plus smart TVs, a storage space, and Netflix. Particularly good and excellent location in everyhing we asked for and easy access to a night market and a market. And 10 mins walk to Temple of the Jade Mountain.

Convenient location close enough to the shopping place, taxi, and eateries. Great value for money and fresh breakfast with many options for the start of the day.
