The staff provided excellent local recommendations.
I found the breakfast unsatisfactory with numerous fruit flies buzzing around. Additionally, trash piled up at the entrance created an unpleasant first impression.

Amazing staff make this place special!
I had a wonderful stay here, with a cozy room featuring a lovely balcony and a spacious bathroom. The breakfast was a delight every morning, especially with the option to order local specialties like Banh cuon. But it was the team that truly stood out. they went above and beyond, giving helpful recommendations for local dining and even checking in to make sure I was comfortable throughout my visit.

It was just a strong match for a flying visit in Hanoi with best value. The hotel staff helped arrange a last-minute airport transfer that was a lifesaver. Bring some earplugs for the noisy streets if you're a light sleeper.

The spacious room with a comfortable balcony offered a cozy retreat from the bustling city streets. The breakfast spread was impressive, catering well to diverse dietary needs, and the friendly staff made me feel genuinely welcomed. Afternoon tea was a delightful addition to the experience, offering relaxation during the busy day. However, the noise from the streets could be bothersome at times, and the absence of a swimming pool was noticeable for those seeking more leisure options.
